Terms and Conditions - Pasha Clinic Mayfair Ltd

(a)     in these Conditions:

  1. the seller means Pasha Clinic Mayfair Ltd.
  2. the goods means the goods specified on the invoice.
  3. the buyer means the person specified on the invoice, (or where such person acts as agent for another, that person and the Principal jointly and severally) buying the goods.
  4. United Kingdom means Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Isles.

(b)  The Contract means the bargain recorded in the confirmation between the seller and the buyer which includes these conditions except as expressly excluded by the seller in writing.


The Buyer undertakes:

  1. Not to use in relation to the material the Sellers registration marks or other trademark of the Seller or of any holding company or subsidiary company of the Seller if the material has been processed, treated or used in any matter of which the Seller or such company (as appropriate) has not approved in writing or if the material is sold unbranded and
  2. To ensure that the stipulation contained in paragraph (a) of this condition is specifically advised to the Buyers trade customers of the material and to obtain corresponding undertakings for each such customer.


The company reserves the right to select methods of packaging and shipment, acting as agent for the Buyer. The cost of packaging and transportation, will be added to the invoice. Additional transportation costs will be added to the invoice if the delivery destination specified  by the buyer is not within the U.K. mainland .


The dispatch dates are estimates only and not the essence of the contract. Where the contract provides for delivery within a specified time or date, every endeavor will be made to dispatch within that time or before that date, but the company shall be under no liability for any failure to effect delivery in the time or by the date specified. In all cases the time for delivery shall be extended by a period equal to any delay caused by the Buyer`s instructions or lack of instructions or by any default or cause beyond the reasonable  control of the Company. In the event of continuance of any hindrance or default, the Company may terminate the contract as it remains unperformed without incurring any liability as a result of such termination.


The Company shall be under no liability to the Buyer in respect of damage caused by goods supplied where such goods have not been used as recommended by the instruction issued for such goods or by any defects caused by negligent misuse or handling.


After acceptance, orders shall not be subject to cancellation or alteration except with the agreement of the Company and unless cancellation or alteration charges are paid by the Buyer, calculated at 15% of quoted price.
Goods bought by Credit Card facilities shall be subject to a further 5% handling charge. If after agreement the goods value is lower the customers account will be credited. Refunds will not be given.  We will credit you with the purchase price of goods if they do not meet your requirements provided that they are returned to us unused and undamaged and in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.


This contract contains all the terms and conditions of purchase and sale relating to the supply of the products to which it relates. No further conditions will be recognized by or binding on either party hereto apart from the actual quantities, prices, delivery dates and relevant discounts, not withstanding that such conditions may be annexed to any documents exchanged between the parties or referred to in negotiations relating to this contract or the supply of products hereunder.

8. LAW:

This Contract shall be governed exclusively by the Laws of England. The Buyer hereby accepts the jurisdiction of such courts or tribunal whether in England or elsewhere, as the Seller may nominate for the purpose of trying any action arising out of this Contract.


The acceptance of quotation and placement of order and/or payment of deposit will be treated by the Company as an acceptance of these terms.


None of the above effect the Buyer`s or the Seller`s rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.


Upon delivery of equipment, should any items / parts be missing, the Company MUST be notified within three days via telephone or seven days in writing.


  1. Delivery  is charged  according to its weight per order for all mainland UK addresses
  2. Delivery timescale Estimated 2 - 3 working days
  3. Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.
  4. All delivery charges are subject to change.
  5. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  6. Signatures are required upon delivery, so please ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries.
  7. All orders are accepted subject to availability of products.
  8. Prices will be those ruling at the order date.


Any claim for damaged Products purchased by you must be notified to PASHA CLINIC MAYFAIR LTD in writing within seven working days of you receiving those Products.  Upon receipt of your written notification of damaged Products, PASHA CLINIC MAYFAIR will contact you to ascertain the extent of the damage.  Products may only be returned to PASHA CLINIC MAYFAIR outside of the seven working day cancellation period set out above with PASHA CLINIC MAYFAIR prior authorization.

Upon authorizing a return, PASHA CLINIC MAYFAIR LTD will issue a Returns Goods Authorization Number which should be used as a reference and displayed clearly on the outer shipping carton of the returned goods.   You shall be responsible for the safe packaging of the returned Products.  Such Products must be returned within 14 days of their receipt to the address from which they were initially dispatched. Any returned Products shall remain at your risk until PASHA CLINIC MAYFAIR LTD  has received and inspected them.  Upon acceptance of any returned Products, PASHA CLINIC MAYFAIR LTD shall within 28 days refund your credit/debit card in an amount equal to the price of the faulty/damaged Products.

No refunds will be given for unauthorized returns and PASHA CLINIC MAYFAIR LTD reserves the right to re-consign any unauthorized returns to you and charge you an additional handling and postage charge equivalent to the original cost of delivery.  PASHA CLINIC MAYFAIR LTD will not give any refund for any Products that are received more than 28 days after their original dispatch.


Pasha Clinic Mayfair Ltd Training Policy


  1. Training venue: 51, Beauchamp Place, Knightsbridge, London SW3 1NY.
  2. To book onto a course, text  079 6759 3615.
  3. At the time of booking, payment will be required in full to secure your place. (This charge is non-refundable)
  4. A confirmation letter will be sent to you 2-3 weeks prior to the course.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you need to change a booking, please provide at least 2 weeks notice to transfer your training to an alternative date.
  2. No refund will be given for training cancelled without 2 weeks notice.

Qualification Requirements

Beauty Therapists

Any therapist attending  dermal roller Micro-Needling training course MUST be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

Other delegates

Any delegate without the stated qualifications wishing to attend the day (e.g. receptionist, manager, salon owner) may attend the courses.


Certificates of attendance will be issued to any other delegates.
